What made you found Harmony Wellness?
I actually started off at Harmony Wellness as front desk. (Sometimes you can still catch me helping up front because I love it so much!) Brenda and Melissa welcomed me with open arms when I came in as front desk and as an independent business. They were always supportive of me as front desk so I knew if I chose to run my business here, that support would remain the same. Everyone else here is so great as well. We truly have a great group of people at Harmony Wellness.
What is your favorite service?
My favorite service is builder gel and nail art! I love builder gel because it is a great option for clients that want to start growing out their nails. I love seeing how much growth there is at each appointment and even more so when they reach their goal! As for nail art, I try to hand-paint all of my nail art. I was never good at drawing on pen and paper, but nails are the perfect sized canvas for me!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Spending time with my family and dogs is my number one priority! They are my absolute favorite humans and beings in the world. Besides that, I enjoy a good Netflix session, crafting, baking, and being an at-home barista.
Get to Know Amy
What started as a hobby for nails has turned into a passion for Amy Her, owner of Her Studio. Specializing in gel products, she promotes natural nails as much as possible. Many of her clients struggle with growing out their nails but can now do so by using builder gel/Luminary. It is so rewarding to see how much of a change there is at each appointment. But what drew her most to the nail industry was her creative spirit, so hand-painted nail art is her favorite thing to do.
Amy graduated from her manicuring course at the Montana Academy of Salons in December 2021. After school, she worked at an established salon and spa in Montana, which aided tremendously in refining her skills. Since returning to her hometown and becoming an independent nail technician, she pushes herself to grow by taking extra classes and practicing new things.
While away from the salon, she’s most likely spending time with her beloved husband and dogs—her biggest supporters.
Amy appreciates one-on-one experiences when she gets services done, so she chose to do the same for her business. When you book with her, you can relax in a private suite while enjoying a personalized experience.
