What made you join Harmony Wellness?
I chose Harmony Wellness because of how I have been treated as an individual for services. The thoughtfulness and thoroughness of every treatment, every time also stood out for me.
What is your favorite service?
My favorite service to treat clients is PRF injections. I love the idea of injecting our bodies own regenerative and healing properties. The results take time but are undeniable.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy teaching hot sculpt classes at the yoga room, spending time with my kids, and my boyfriend.

Outside of work, you will find Shayna chasing after three adorable kids and two dogs. She holds a YogaSculpt Certification and teaches weekly at the Yoga Room of Eau Claire. In her free time Shayna loves to travel, plan adventures with friends and family and is always up for fun in the sun or relaxing at the beach.
